Firecracker is the son of Accoyo Brutus, carrying rare genetics to Colorado, including standout east coast lines like Alianza Don Julio and Peruvian Elever!
Pamela Ray of Xanadu Alpacas, known for her astute breeding decisions and elite herd, hand-picked Firecracker to bolster her renowned breeding program.
His first cria in the ring, Firecracker's Disco, took Color Champion at the '08 GWAS show! Beige Xanadu P. Exemplar took blue at the Arkansas show in '08 as well. So far he's carrying the dam's color or darker with his extreme fineness and crimp. After seeing his cria, breeders usually request an immediate breedback.

Due to his previous location in the SW Rocky Mountains Chief has never been shown, but his obvious qualities still shine!
He is out of Accoyo Chief Qalchan LCA, a medium fawn full Accoyo, and Raggy Ann De Peru, an 'in utero' import female. Chief has high luster, solid conformation and consistent lock structure head to toe. His typey top knot and good fleece coverage are examples of his ideal suri qualities. He's got color genetics in his background and he is 1/2 brother to Toni's Accoyo Bronze Perfection, the only Light Brown Full Accoyo Female in the country! Chief Ouray matured early (a consistent quality in both males and females of this line) and started settling females at 18 months of age. Chief is a potent male and is a 'get it done' guy! Chief's first crias arrived in 2008. He throws color when bred to color and has sired 4 females to 1 male! |
